The Company & Role
Our client is a UK-based developer of specialist software applications for strategic HR planning and administration, with a client base that includes major global organisations. They have recently launched an entirely new suite of cutting edge, web-native HR applications and require a managing consultant to lead an existing team of highly committed and motivated consultants. Reporting to the managing director, the ideal candidate will have 8+ years experience of implementing strategic applications for external customers, preferably with a software house or large consultancy, where they have acquired structured analysis, design and specification techniques, project * programme management and team leadership skills and experienced the full project lifecycle. The candidate will be expected to use their advanced project * programme management, leadership, analysis and organisational skills (in the context of our applications) to deliver client implementations including ownership of all project matters from pre-sales, solution definition & specification, through to project delivery and acceptance.
